Zachary John Voglewede is a 15 year old freshman at Orofino High School (home of the Orofino Maniacs) in Orofino, Idaho, where he is currently on the Highest Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA. He plays first chair trumpet in concert band and looking forward to playing at the Lilac Festival in Spokane in mid-May. He is on the track team, where his main event is the 300 meter hurdles, with a best time of 51.20 seconds. He also does long-jump, 100 meter dash (13.14 sec) and various relays.

In winter, Zach likes to snowboard - especially jumps. In summer, he likes skateboarding (more jumping), BMX biking and soaping (soap shoes with a grindplate). He also likes to play video games - especially role playing games - and he is teaching himself to play the electric guitar.

"My room is a mess, but that just portrays my personality" says Zach "but I do well in all my classes, especially algebra." "My favorite band is MxPx - a Christian Punk Band - and if I could meet anyone famous, it would be Bob Burnquist."
